Leah Killian
Design Team ManagerLeah Killian, our Design Team Manager, is a North Dakota girl traveling the world at the side of her air force husband, Chris. Currently residing in California, she keeps herself busy being the mother of two crazy adorable children, Jonas and Maggie, designing kits and art for The Scrapbook Nook, Quickutz and other scrapbooking companies, reading, and eating as much Mexican food as she can find. Leah started scrapping over a decade ago, long before scrapping was the art form it is today, and way before scrapping was cool. Now, many, many layouts later, she can usually be found up to her elbows in paper and adhesive working on the next project. Leah has a passion for writing and enjoys keeping her blog, "Life as Lou" which is a compilation of short stories from her life and her scrapbooking projects. She is very excited to be a part of this great kit club!
Amanda Boyles
DesignerHello there! My name is Amanda Boyles. I've been married to my hubbie Ben for 6 years and I am, thankfully, a SAHM to my 5 year old son and my almost 3 year old daughter. They are my pride and joy! I'm a small town girl at heart living in the big town of Nashville but Idaho will forever be my home...I've been scrapping for 6 years but only became obsessed with it in the last 3. I also do some digital scrapbooking on the side.....If there is anything you should know about me, it is this: I LOVE THIS HOBBY! It has really become something so important and meaningful in my life. I'm so grateful to be a part of the world of scrapbooking and to be able to share my love for art and preserving memories with the people around me. I'm mostly grateful for the memories I have created for my children because they are who I scrapbook for!! I am so excited for this awesome opportunity to be a design team member for the Nook!! Brook Stewart
DesignerHi! My name is Brook Stewart, and I live on a small farm in Southeast Kansas. I've been married to my wonderful husband, Brian for 4 1/2 years and we have a feisty 3 year old little boy named Tate. For the most part I am a stay-at-home mom. I work one day a week at the not-so-local scrapbook store (it's an hour drive) doing design work and teaching classes, which I absolutely love!
I've been scrapbooking for 11 years on and off. I really got back into it when I was 8 months pregnant with my son and havn't looked back since! I love to scrap about my family (most are of my son), everyday moments (even the not so great ones) and myself. I have loved photography and paper crafts since I was a little girl, so scrapbooking is such a perfect fit for me!
I am so thankful and excited to have the opportunity to work with the amazing talent here at the Nook!

I guess to tell you a few things about me..... - Married for 5 years with 3 kids ( gotta love them!) - Live in Savannah, GA - LOVE chocolate.....who doesn't? - Have my own product line called the Mia collection through Adornit - Have 2 more lines + more product coming out CHA Jan. 2007 - Scrapbooking for 9 years, seriously in the past 3 - I'm freakin' hilarious..... just ask me! - Been published in the past 6 months - I have probelms scrapping boys.... just can't get it for some reason! - Work PT at my LSS - I'm an organizational freak.... you should see my house! - Inherited CCD (compulsive cleaning disorder) from my mother. - Would love to go back to school to be an interior designer Guess that it. Can't wait to get to know all of you and be inspired by so many!
Anna Björklund
DesignerAnna Björklund is another Swede who found her way to the Nook through Zarah. She lives with two of her children - Linus who turns 5 in April and Alva who'll be 2 in May - and their father in a red house in a small town not very far away from Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. Their third child Hugo, who unexpectedly left them when he was born in May 2005, is forever with them in their hearts. Anna discovered scrapbooking when Linus was born in 2003, and it was like entering a whole new world that she immediately fell in love with. Scrapbooking wasn't very well known in Sweden at that time, but it has grown enormously since then. Anna is totally hooked, sort of obsessed... She scrapbooks about everything - her family, their house, their life... both the good and the bad. Sometimes it's all about playing and messing around with supplies, sometimes the story is the most important thing and sometimes she has a beautiful photo that she wants to display and preserve. She loves that scrapbooking can be done in so many different ways and she loves to experiment and to try new material and techniques. She's really honored to be a part of the very talented team here at the Nook! Thank you!
Zarah S.
DesignerZarah is a Swede who got lured into the Nook by Erica and will forever owe Erica her gratitude... She lives in a terrace house on the lower east coast of Sweden, with her husband and their two furry babies – Anton and Bella, who (surprise, surprise!) are the main objects of her Scrapbooking. Zarah has been scrapbooking since December 2005 – early teenage versions with lots of stickers and shape cut photos not considered – and loves it when she gets to sit and pat her pretty papers in the space she lovingly calls "my scrap room" but her husband strangely enough refers to as "the guestroom". When she’s not cutting papers, Zarah spends way too much time online, watches movies, cooks or reads a book or two. She is looking forward to this great opportunity with all her heart!
Selena Kimsey
DesignerSelena Kimsey is a 30 year old California native who resides in Virginia Beach, VA with her 2 boys and their daddy. She has been a member of The Nook since December 2006 and has loved every minute of her time here. Making new friends and inspiring others is what she loves to do here at The Nook. She started scrapbooking in 1998. It became more than a hobby for her when she tried out for her first design team in the summer of 2005. When she is not scrapbooking she can be found on the mats of a Taekwondo studio. She is a Nationally certified instructor and currently a 2nd degree black belt. She is a NC State Champion in 5 categories for 2007 and finished 3rd in the World for Forms and Weapons in her age and rank division in June 2007. Other hobbies she enjoys are photography, cooking, motorcycling and running. You can also find her on the highways traveling the US. This gal loves to travel. Selena looks forward to working with a very talented team and creating with the fabulous kits for the next 6 months.

DesignerHi my name is Wendy McKee I am 31 years old and I live in England ,I am married to my gorgeous husband Russell and I have a fab 3 year old called Harry who has the most bluest eyes you have ever seen.By day I am a stay at home mum, by night I am a celebrity scrapbooker! hey I can dream cant i!!! I have been scrapbooking for 4 years and soooo addicted to it. I am a very tidy scrapper and gasp!!! I have a tidy scrapbooking room. My greatest scrapbooking accomplishment was to be part of putting together a series of scrapbooking books,writing, editing and using my own pages.
Angie Woolfall
DesignerAngie Woolfall lives in Cambridgeshire, in the UK. She has been married to James for 12 1/2 years, and they have two gorgeous children, Emily and Adam. Her children are her main reason and inpsiration for her scrapbooking- catching those little everyday moments that otherwise pass us by are the things she likes to scrap the most. She has been Scrapbooking for 2 years, but has only become obsessed with it over the last year. It's been quite a rollercoaster having being chosen for a couple of design teams including one of the UK magazines. Her interests other than scrapbooking incude line dancing, eating chocolate, and shopping (for stash mainly!!) She is SO looking forward to being part of the Design Team here on the Nook, and can't wait to get going, be challenged and stretch her designs further.
